Well I haven’t used it to give you a good reveiw. But however I have been on a mission to get myself a new stick also and I have been asking a lot of stick questions on different sites. The best place for answers would be azbilliards.com. U have to register for free and it can take up to a week for them to accept. But do it now and in the future u can get a lot of answers from pool lovers. Well cuetecs are not that expensive I noticed. Often u get what u pay for. I heard the only 2 sticks that fall in the price range that cuetec does that’s best for the money is mcdermott and viking. I never hear anyone saying anything great about the cuetec cues. I noticed also cuetec shafts fun between 35-60 bucks. Shafts make a big difference in a players game and at such a low price I wouldn’t belive cuetec is anything but low end. Rememeber you get what you pay for. I used a players cue for 5 yrs. I really liked it but its worth the 100 bucks I paid for it. So anyone can get used to any stick. But if you’re looking for better feedback from a stick or less squirt, deflection etc you have to spend more money. Good Luck

I would recommend posting a few pictures of it in the forum section of www.azbilliards.com. There are quite a few very knowledgeable cue collectors that participate there.

Term – “Off the wall”?

Question by Ted Pack: Term – “Off the wall”?
I heard a country-western song in which a pool hustler got out-hustled. In the song, the super-hustler says “I only play off the wall with friends”, then goes out to his car to get his custom-made pool cue. I assume “off the wall” means the cues on the rack in the pool hall, and thus “ordinary” or “common-place”.

Do you all use that term that way? Most peope use “off the wall” to mean “wild and crazy”, as in “off the wall idea”, with suggestions the thinker is bouncing off the walls.

I don’t play. I was just curious. Terms sometimes get changed outside of their sport. For example, I know that “up to par” means “average” to most non-golfers, but “par” is darn good. If you could shoot par consistently, on championship courses, you’d be somewhere between 10th and 40th place in the PGA tour. Not #1, but you could make a comfortable living working outdoors in pleasant surroundings without having to wear a tie.

What are the average inner case dimensions of a violin (4/4) case?

Question by starofiniquity: What are the average inner case dimensions of a violin (4/4) case?
I plan to custom make a pool cue case using a guitar shaped case (not actually a guitar case, because it would be enormous), and the only one I’ve seen made, the creator claimed to have used a violin case, though I find it difficult to imagine, because a violin is so small.

At any rate, I need something that will fit probably 32″x5″ just to be on the safe side of holding 2 cue butts. What am I looking at with violin/viola cases?
